David Smalley is the host and founder of Dogma Debate and president of the parent company, Dogma Debate, LLC which publishes, produces, and distributes audiobooks for liberal, progressive, and atheist authors - as well as handling production for commercial radio and television voiceovers. David is a former Christian musician who deeply studied Christianity, psychology, sociology, and world religions for more than 14 years, and became an atheist activist and avid speaker and writer. He is the author of Baptized Atheist, and is the former editor of the American Atheist magazine. He's also on the National Speakers Beurau for the Secular Student Alliance. As a life-long musician with more than 16 years in the entertainment industry, and 5 dedicated years in radio and television, his passion for the truth combined with his experience entertaining crowds, makes him well-prepared to lead this team of flourishing broadcasters. - @davidcsmalley
Rachel Nanon Brown took her Associates of Science to the University of North Texas where she obtained a Bachelors in Anthropology within the sub-field of Physical Anthropology/Paleoanthropology. While working on her degree, her 'almost' obsession with everything evolution lead her to research topics from genetics to paleontology. She now uses her passion for science to educate the public on evolution as a co-host and blogger on Dogma Debate, giving evolution lectures, and debating creationists. - @rachelnanon
Kari Hannikainen is the associate producer from Finland, who specializes in taking out-of-context sound clips from the show (called 'drops') and setting them to music to make the hosts look ridiculous and unprofessional. It's only an audible illusion, but is well-done by Kari.
Trent Brusky is the technical producer from Florida, who helps with the magic behind the live show, playing sound-drops to add that subtle joke, or to cause complete confusion. He is also the man behind our theme song and news segment tracks. Trent reached out to Dogma Debate as a 4th Listener, with a contribution of music from his project DropFox, and now he’s taken the role of technical producer. He’ll take your calls, he will make you laugh, and most importantly, he will help make the show something you won’t want to miss. @skeptrent
Nicole Crenshaw is the Marketing Consultant and Art Director for Dogma Debate, LLC, in charge of sponsor-related materials and the look and feel of the Dogma Debate brand and imagery. She has been a Graphic Designer for the last 8 years in Los Angeles, CA in the entertainment industry.
The 4th Listener is that one person that really gets the show. The truth is, Dogma Debate only has 3 regular listeners, and thousands of 4th Listeners. The 4th Listener has become a badge of honor for those dedicated fans of the show, and we're happy to welcome even more into our 4th Listener family
